Product Review
So I went and bought these in a fit of, "what do I need for my bike". After taking them out on several rides, I am left feeling like they are pointless. I bought them hoping to use them on my weekend coffee rides with the boys where we stop and walk around over coffee. My thinking was that they would preserve my cleats and make walking around easier. That said, walking around was nice, but not substantially better. Since I have stopped using them, I cannot speak to their improvement if cleat life, but I imagine that you would have to wear out several pars of cleats before getting a return on these. They do fit nicely in a jersey pocket and are not uncomfortable to carry. What really killed it for me was getting on my bike and trying to clip in, several times, only to realize I had forgotten to take them off. The embarrassment was enough to convince me that the extra life on the cleats was not worth it. In my mind, these are akin to a po......
