Having experienced several knee operations, shoes are a big deal to me. I need good support and shock absorbtion. Very cautions about my shoes. Sandals are a hard fit for me. Most soles are too soft or too hard. This allows for knee aches and pains. This sandals fit like running shoes and are very light weight. At this point I am very impressed and excited to wear the shoes over the pending hot summer. If you want a sandal that looks like a track shoe, is light weight and true to size this a shoe you should check out. Until the shoe was ordered, I had nerver tried Ahnu products. Fits true to size. Very NICE!
